Oh wow, I remember this one. The publisher announced it on April Fools and everyone thought it was a joke (some people even thought they made the whole series up), but the next day it turned out that, nope, it's for real, except that the title will be different. Also I think they said that the original title means "I want to wrap you around me" or something like that? Unfortunately they didn't stick with their original translation, "Regina in love" (Regina is a Polish toilet paper brand), because they'd have to change the main character's name.
Anyway, good luck with that one, cause iirc, there were some cultural references that were clearly different in the original version. Which makes for some excellent comedy translation, but a bad material for retranslation.
EDIT: Damn, they got the girl's name wrong. It should be Shin, not Shini. I'm guessing the confusion came from most of the characters calling her Shinia (deminutive form, the original probably had them calling her Shin-chan).
