why not skip the middle man and translate from Japanese directly?

Oh wow, I remember this one. The publisher announced it on April Fools and everyone thought it was a joke (some people even thought they made the whole series up), but the next day it turned out that, nope, it's for real, except that the title will be different. Also I think they said that the original title means "I want to wrap you around me" or something like that? Unfortunately they didn't stick with their original translation, "Regina in love" (Regina is a Polish toilet paper brand), because they'd have to change the main character's name.

Anyway, good luck with that one, cause iirc, there were some cultural references that were clearly different in the original version. Which makes for some excellent comedy translation, but a bad material for retranslation.

EDIT: Damn, they got the girl's name wrong. It should be Shin, not Shini. I'm guessing the confusion came from most of the characters calling her Shinia (deminutive form, the original probably had them calling her Shin-chan).

This is some weird stuff, but the title takes the cake. I was legit surprised when I saw a manga with the title "I want to gang rape you" on the front page. '回す(mawasu)' can mean 'to turn/rotate/pass around', but its also an euphemism for 'to gang rape'. A rather unfortunate choice of words for a title.

What's next?
I mean, there's cases of dating the house, dating a belt, dating all kinds of animals, dating various weapons, dating.. wasn't there that one with the dominant hand becoming a girl too?
And here it seems it'll be dating a roll of toiletpaper.
So really, what's the next thing that'll be feminized for dating in some manga?
Earplugs?

Hell if I know, but probably will happen sooner or later since I doubt anything's safe from this.
