Holy fuck is this peak shounen chat?

They did the whole psychological warfare from Hunter × Hunter

And then ended it with Killua and Gon goofing and bromancing

Damn, the menhera alliance is now formed. From the looks of it, Yoriko is way stronger (headcase) than Kirino.
The love umbrella on the roof was so damn romantic. That would have won over both Tsukasa and Tooru if they had seen it.
Looking back at the previous chapters, you can see how Kirino was relentlessly going after Tooru. In the chapter where they both got caught in the rain, Kirino had an umbrella but hid it in her bag to approach Tooru. In the chapter where Tooru was dying of thirst, and could not find water in the entire building. Kirino just happened to be there with a bottle of water to give to Tooru (Even though Kirino should have been in her own classroom, as she did not participated in the exercises). It is pretty damn obvious that Kirino put those signs in every water fountain. Also, after taking Tooru's ribbon, Kirino wears it on her wrist daily.
Damn, I want a happy ending for my menheras.

Edit: Thank you as always Hachi7 for the scanlation.

I don't know about Kirino putting the signs on the water fountains. She seems to want to protect Tooru so doing something to stress her out like putting the signs up on the secluded water fountains seems like it might be out of character but it is possible. And it seems unlikely that Tooru would not just try the water fountain even though it says that no water will come out. I do think it's likely that Kirino noticed the fountains being out and prepared a water bottle though.

The small details like Kirino putting the umbrella away are so good! They show up for just a panel or two and sometimes they're really obvious but other times less so. And often more hints are given to make the implications progressively more clear. In chapter 14 you see that Kirino had an umbrella that she puts away before approaching Tooru. But even in chapter 13 you could see that Kirino is noticeably less wet than than Tooru. And it only makes sense for Kirino to put her sweater on Tooru if it's dry so it got hinted at again there. There's also Tsukasa noticing that her scarf seems to be cleaner than it was before when Yoriko gives it back to her implying that Yoriko got her a new one before Yoriko states that she did so during her internal monologue in a later chapter. And there's Kirino being late to open the library on the morning when Tsukasa finds the love letter indicating that she paced the letter which is later made obvious.

The small details foiling Kirino and Yoriko are also good. The scarf lending contrasts with the sweater lending. Then later the scarf leash contrasts with the bandage leash. And then wiping the snow off in the most recent chapter is a very clear contrast. All three represent that Kirino wants to take care of Tooru while Yoriko wants to be taken care of by Tsukasa. Both Yoriko and Kirino found their middle school life boring but then had that changed when they were attracted to someone who they admired for not being artificial. In the case of Tsukasa, she's kind to others in a blunt way without worrying about hurting their feelings and in the case of Tooru, she wants someone to be friends with her but avoids people because she doesn't want to participate in the artificiality of her classmates.

The reason as to why I think that Kirino may have tampered with the water fountains is because she did something similar with the stepladder at the library. She tampered with that too. It seems that Kirino somewhat calculates how her actions will have an effect on Tooru. Kirino had a first aid kit in the library lmao.
Yeah, this manga has a lot of small details that one misses when reading a chapter for the first time.
