It was serialized on a website called Mangabox until Volume 3, then it got axed. Then the mangaka got back the rights to the manga (IIRC after some negotiations with the website), made some standalone short stories featuring each Platinumoon members and sold them on Booth and DLSite and whatnot, and after a few years of this, started releasing entire continuation chapters for free on Pixiv again, although it's gotten quite irregular lately due to the mangaka now getting some other manga works like that Uchida-san gyaru manga (and apparently another one recently as well) serialized in other websites again

Not related to the manga but, as far as I know the dlsite translator unite thing is probably mostly done by dlsite side. On dlsite you can request for tl on manga or for translator to translate manga they want on dlsite for some reward. Dlsite actively searching for tl-ers since i saw tons of ads about tl-ers on the site. Probably the authors get the same cut as normal jp ver sales. Also beware when buying translator unite stuff, if the manga is already translated and there is update on jp ver (either addition, change, etc.) the translated ver. is not always updated and stuck on the ver. when it was translated.
