She did mention someone might come over to try and have an affair with her friend, who is already divorced (Her friend even commented on that part). Take that how you will with regards to how the MC sees things.

Seen all of the movies except for the american remake of funny games and Kidnapped so I guess I'll have to check out Kidnapped. Fake cop got pretty lucky he didn't run into real cops, that could have been mad awks.
