I think it's clear that Han will surrender, but I doubt that it'll go smoothly. I'm guessing someone impotant in the capital, perhaps someone close to the princess, will need to die a tragic death before this arc is concluded.
Tou's line about how wars are started and ended by royal families in chapter 820 was great. Such a simple and seemingly obvious concept, but the timing of it within the scene and context of the story, as the princess watches men getting butchered, were perfect. The consequences of her decisions, the weight of her position as a member of the royal family, all being displayed before her in the most brutal way possible. Hara's great at delivering these kinds of moments.
