Woah there cowboy keep the personal attacks to a minimum there.

I don't care if he's new to things, he wasn't a 5yr old he was a functional human being before the fusion and for some reason can't read a room or people to save himself. Also there is no purpose hiding the fusion technique from the council even if you include one of them possibly (not confirmed) was the original attacker.

It's only been written this way so they can have a who dunnit, the tropey school shite we are about to get and the "Oh dear me will anyone discover I'm not really her" trope jokes.

Having a bit of a hard time on this one with suspending my belief on this one. MC and the attendant are portrayed as pretty reasonable so we should assume that the rest of the people are same-ish (except we're not addressing the existential dread of reincarnating)

So I have the expectation that next chapter they're gonna talk with all the relevant people that are trustworthy and respectfully consult them on this matter in order to come up with a game plan for the nations survival-- shouldn't be a problem with the attendants testimony and her background
