It's probably coming from a typo of "career girl" or [キャリア・ガール], kyaria gāru, wasei-eigo for a hard=working, unmarried female (source: https://kotobank.jp/word/キャリアガール-2028676) as gyaria girl (or perhaps a pun on gyaru)
