btw I read the shimo whatever version of this and it says "Mx. Kino", why doe?

That narration of Photo's past is so much weaker than the original short from her POV

I was expecting for something to go wrong but it's nice that this country is so wholesome I hope they can thrive unlike every other country in Kino that kinda ended on a bleak note.

Considering how many people die or get poisoned by mistakenly eating mushrooms or plants every year its not that unbelievable. If it looks like something they know is edible people will eat it.
