You should read I favour the Villainess, too.
I guess the love interest can be considered weak compared to the MC, but she's still at the top of her school.

Then there is I killed slimes for 300 years. Not really Yuri, but tons of subtext and nice comedy.

For those on the fence, the author of Killing Slimes specializes in family-themes girls' love, meaning the people involved have sister-like or mother-daughter-like relationships instead of romantic, but it's still extremely fluffy and cute. Highly recommend

The magic was a good element and not something boring like it tends to be in high fantasy romance, the fights were cool, the narration dramatic and the main characters lovely

That was the best and most important thing, just watching Evie and Ciel get closer was SO sweet
