I don't think the novel exist.
I can't find it in author syosetu page.

According to the comments of a previous chapter, the witch-now-princess apparently is miserable because she kept getting into arguments with the prince and is unable to use magic. She also learned how shitty the FMC's life was before the switch, and felt guilty. Essentially, it's a "grass greener on the other side" situation. She will eventually meet with the FMC again, apologize because she can't undo the switch magic (they're twins so it's kinda fine anyway), and reveal her identity to the prince. Though, by that point, the witch and the prince would've reconciled and even fall in love, hence she felt guilty for lying this whole time (he loved her anyways).

People didn't know that the FL didn't have magic in her body, which is why she was mostly locked up/shunned. Witch had no idea as well, so it was a big fuck up on her part.

I was figured it was more this hasn't been done before and the witch probably assumed that her magic must surely be tied to her soul, not her body.

Finding out after committing to the body swap that your magic was tied to your meat suit must have been an insanely unpleasant discovery.

Fun chapter, with some relationship and plot movement. I will say it seems unrealistic for a knight to be bad with butchery, given what their job may ask them to do.

To be fair it's pretty normal for pickiness over certain food to show up on people because of experiences with said food while they were younger. There's no overblown distaste like some vegan people blow over these things, he simply has a strong stance.
Really, he's basically made his distaste clear, but he's clearly a very dutiful man as well. And so, just like how he is willing to simply swallow meat if need be, if he were to need to cut somebody down? If whole need were to show up? Then, he would likely do it.
...except, hey, here with how our witch showed a glimpse of shenanigans at play instead of being a clear threat, he's also shown that he is willing to hold and look for an alternative to butchering her down, has he not?

All of this points at the OG witch planning for the FL to die after the body swap, but things kind of went to pants because FL kept the witch's magic.

Bet the older brother is going to jump at the chance to use ML working with the witch as an excuse to try to purge him. And then we might get to see what happens when the FL actually gets mad.

What is the FL?

There is a Main Character, and they are generally called the "MC," and occasionally there is a series where there are two lead characters, but this series doesn't have multiple lead characters; there is the MC, called Marietta, and the series only focuses on her daily life, her story, her character.

I'm confused why you would suddenly promote a character to "lead character" status, when he is plainly just the love interest; the CAT has had more screen time than him.

Is there some version of this story where we have 3 chapters of this guy's backstory, and I missed it?
Or some version where there are 20 extra pages in every chapter that shows what he is doing?
Or any chapter, at all, where he has an existence apart from her?

Dee is not a "Male Lead" simply because he exists while being male; having a dick is nice and all, but it isn't an automatic promotion.
