i thought it would be a short story after seeing that it is completed but it looks like it still has a few chapters to translate not sure how much, well it is a nice story to change from the usual, having a man that liked otome games in his past life and all, but i guess that it is too simple, the way Maria become a maid was a little dumb... i mean she almost ruined someone life for something so simple she didn't even want a harem ending or the prince so why go so far, so i feel weird everytime i see her even though she isn't evil, there is also Fan and his disgusting idea of the young maid being in love with his father, it is possible in a noble society but are you seriously? aside from those 2 things it is a great romance and i would love if there was more manga with a similar plot since it gives a different feeling after reading all of those shoujo with mc reincarnating as the villainess

Bollocks. He used the physical enhancement magic to catch the sword in the previous duel. The author is free to try to catch a sword seriously swung by a grown man if she wants to. I hope she uploads a video on Youtube afterwards, assuming she's still alive enough to do it. This merely means Ex is using it unconsciously. Just like when they were speculating about Maria's charm magic, whether she uses it knowingly or passively, without necessarily even being aware of it. I'm not saying Ex couldn't use much more potent body enhancement magic on purpose, though, so that part doesn't change from what was presented in the chapter. He's just not aware of using some level of it all the time or at least when in any dangerous situation. It also makes sense.
