@G-P real talk: do you pair your reds with anything? Unless it's a sangria or a blend on the sweeter side, I find I need to pair with something (usually ends up being red meat of some kind). Otherwise it just seems like I end up with a mouth full of tannins and alcohol. Sort of the point, I know, but it makes it a little more difficult to appreciate the bouquet and profile.
