I am not a fan of the "work even when down", but as someone that loves to cook and I do feel better after cooking something when I am in a slump, I can understand the feeling of accomplishment.
But I still feel uneasy with Kenta's whole situation. His coach should have kept his eyes on him after his injury and prohibited him from training when he started showing signs of fatigue and damage.
But at least he is finding a new path in life, in the end, can't exactly stay brooding over the past without looking to the future.
