Yuuko is the real name of Momoko-san (the Geiko whom Momohana is learning from). The last chapter from present day was about how Momoko never goes back to visit her old manor (which is the place Kiyo's currently living and the place that Azusa becomes the mother of), which is why we have this arc about the past.
