Glad that you enjoy those tidbits! We skipped out on the corndogs a while ago and people were asking about it, so we figured that we could add the fries even though they're a lot more well-known.

Ah, but making proper french fries isn't that simple, blanching in baking soda water, drying, cooling, then frying all have to happen for just the right Fry texture
