Its either they are side characters that say nothing, show nothing so like Neutral, or they are bad towards MC. All of them seems to somehow completely ignore how good MC is at a lot of things, and whatever he does they somehow manage to see as him being trash and causing accidents and stuff even if they themselves are at fault.

Girls are kinda reverse of that - some are passive like the guys counterpart, but the "active" part actually sees how good MC is, and either just thank him for help, see him in positive light, or outright have feelings for him.

As a side note, I have a heavy deficit of Ninja girl - who in my eyes is best girl in the harem in the makings
