True. The only girls hostile initially to him end up being dere to him later, like both girls protecting the 2 "maidens" the healer CHF of his and the miko girl IIRC. Ninja protected healer girl - all her tests/attacks failed instantly and she started developing feeling for MC cause of how "nicely" he foils her plans. The girl protecting miko already had a "heart to heart" talk with him on the side where he kinda melted a bit her kokoro too, so next time we see her she probably be less negative towards him. Both could kinda be tsunderes - testing him playfully ala tsuns, but end up being warmed inside by his reactions to that teasing going all dere - Ninja is already like that.
The only full blown Tsun, who still is full blown Tsun is Carol - that blondie from his ex-class. We can easily see she like him - but the moment people try to confront that or MC is somewhere nearby - she insta goes full "I hate his guts" tsun mode
.The only girl who was all dere/nice to him from the start was the CHF healer girl. Two other IIRC were initially neutral to him, cause either they didn't hear anything about him, or didn't care till they meet them themselves to make their own opinions - the miko he helped with the bow, and Potion girl from the latest chapter - when he helped her initially she already made an opinion he is a good person and probably developed feelings for him - hence why she helped him with that tamer potion, and now fully kiss-assaulted him, and is probably making some weirdo love potion - thou there was something in the list of ingredients that could indicate less a love potion, and more like - reduce-charm potion to stop other girls from falling for him/being charmed by his nice guy persona, or would be funny - to reduce how much she loves him herself - so she could work in peace
