Power levels are a little confusing to me at this point in the series. Help me here a little someone with the facts a little more straight, using Pray or Anne in their primes, on a scale of 0 to 100 where Leo would be? ( and his sister too if possible, curious where the brocon maniac would place )

@alacaelum I feel like Leo would be in the 80s and his sister would be a little less than him. Leo’s pretty strong.

Leo is Zero-Breaker that automatically says "he is one of the strongest".
As for now Dry is the top-sword of Order (the strongest knight of generation, before him was Pray and Mylo before her). If i remebler correctly Leny is 2-nd officially (but its need to be checked). Due to Leo being able to perform equal fight with Leny (if she used Devil Queen form -- the fight was serious matter as they both thought btw)... he is near top-level despite being the youngest master-knight in history.
Btw official ranking and power-level is not the final decision. Anne was never granted with high-rank (and she doesn't have any old "power" such as Zail's gravity manipulation or Mylo fairies) and so was with Zion. But Anne has the "path of victory" mind-set (she can see enemy weak point in tactical and strategical level) and Ray Nelson said that he would never win against her despite being more stronger in "power level".
