I think it's implied that Takiya is literally that Isekai'd kid from the extra chapter. There's a bit back in chapter 133 where it even looks like he's apologizing for cutting Telne's horn off.

Gotta admit, I'm a little confused with how everything ties together, but with a little scraping through the oneshot and chapters of old I'll probably figure it out. The thing about Kobayashi possibly putting her humanity on the line (in another situation) is intriguing, especially with the title of this chapter -- Takiya and community. Whenever Kobayashi's risking her life, it's for Tohru and/or Kanna and/or Ilulu, her close friends, family, wife. Takiya put himself on the line for all of the community, even when some members of that community (COUGHHH TOHRU) have a vibrant distaste for him.. Takiya and Kobayashi are both really pure-hearted people, huh?

No, totally. I think it's because they're both still kids, but we'll see where coolkyou goes with it. Take and Ilulu have a whole romance spinoff now, and if their relationship is going to progress, she'll have to tell him eventually. How long that'll take is the question here.
For Saikawa and Kanna, it feels more complicated.

Takiya needs to do what Kobayashi did so long ago. Time for a new apartment! The place was already tight with him and Fafnir. But adding one or two kid sized 'beings' to the mix means there is barely any room to move around without tripping over each other.
