When Takiya said he broke Shin, did he mean that Shin was his previous weapon (It broke at chapter 141.6)? And I wonder if there is a relationship between the king of the other world and Kobayashi aside from their similar name. Takiya said she looks like a queen.

Still, I'm glad the story arc ends like this, everyone is happy and chilling.
Aside from sharing his name and hair color, she shares the build and hairstyle of the samurai girl who stayed as his "waifu"

For those still confused about Takiya,

-Takiya is White. He got his new power from Fafnir with a contract
-Takiya is Kiyama from the one-shot (Ch 141.5/6)
-Telne is the dragon from the one-shot that got her horn cut off. Takiya apologizes for this when they met (Ch 133)
-Shin is Takiya's sword as Kiyama, which he broke. It was then reforged for Obayashi (Ch 141.6)

An offering...is a highscore? Wait a minute. Did Takiya promised Fafnir a...highscore they'll set by resolving this incident? Trying to turn the act of helping Kobayashi into a game, where their sufficient support will lead to the good ending? I'm kinda...no, I'm really confused with this logic. Can someone help?
Thaaaat's kinda the logic, yeah.
Takiya took the gamble and won, high score was that he gonna go and beat some dragon ass and survive in exchange for "power" and that Faf is not gonna kill Kobayashi.
If you remember happy Fafnir(mythical)
he rambled about community and stuff, basically being happy about that gamble worked.

if I remember...like stuff he said in 147? About friendship and all?
But this doesn't click. Takiya's offer looks like "if you help and lend me your power, the offering (your reward) will be good ending for everyone and highscore for you (for resolving the most part of it)". But this is somehow faulty logic, as it's not exactly the offering from Takiya, it's not something he possesses and can give out to Fafnir. It's more like a promise. Man, that rubs me the wrong way. It's not even on sophism level, it's on the level of "anything goes"

The sacrifice is that Takya has to live a good life, actually he has to live the best life possible.

Nice one.

YES! The asexual couple of Takia and Fafnir wins, and now they have a son! This is my headcannon anyway, lol.

Now, given how observant Kobayashi has been shown in the past, do we think she genuinely doesn't know that Takia is "White" or do we think she DOES know and just doesn't care enough to say it?

Okay but I have few logistical questions if the small ones are being moved into the Takiya household. First and foremost: have they settled on being boys full-time, or do they still have the whole "involuntary genital shapeshifting" thing going on?
They're still ambiguous and will probably stay that way as part of their nature. Shin chose their current outfit to look like Kobayashi, so if anything they're closer to that end the spectrum.

Takiya offered himself to Fafnir, that's the thing that gains value in the wager. Fafnir made Takiya being with him retroactively valuable enough to be a worthy offering through the efforts he gave Takiya in exchange for that offering, that's what was "sneaky" about the deal. They're basically magic gay married now lol. The "high score" is a metaphor for them creating as much happiness as they can together.

Erm...you've deduced it from the phrase about Takiya wagering his soul? I thought that was only applicable in the case Takiya dies. Something like "if we fail and I die in the process, you can have my soul". Are they really gay married now?

You don't need anyone's permission to interpret Takiya promising Fafkun his soul in the same way "I'd like to eat your cooking everyday" is in Japanese lol.

Yeah, totally feel ya there, it feels stretched as hell, like reeeeeealy streched up some dragons ass.

Like, i can understand all this "Yo, Faf, wanna stay gamer a little more? Let's strike a deal and maaaybe you can break your "Ama cursed edgy dragon fear me" and make your friends like you more with this one, if not, you can reap my soul from my warm body" but still could be played better than this.

Actually, from the moment when this damn sword came to plot, half of braincels in this story just wanished(not that there were many at the beginning we have 3 horny dragons(two of them are thirsty for someone illigal )so at this point I'm here just to see where this gonna end

Huh, that is actually brilliant way to see it.

Kobayashi losing her humanity? I'm not entirely sure what that is supposed to mean. Maybe I missed something in the past chapters? Maybe it's related to all the magical abilities she has despite being a "normal" human? Could it be related to Obayashi and whatever the gods did to him in the one-shots?
