well its good and all that kobayashi is going badass here but lets face it people. kobayashi will purposely miss in the end cuz she doesnt want to kill kana´s father in front of her, and neither will she kill that guy cuz he isnt worth it, that or kanna will interfere between kobayashi and her dad so as to avoid kobayashi injuring him cuz even if he is a bad dad she still loves him. now tooru on the other hand is a different story, she will probably really kill the guy once kobayashi is out of the picture to make sure this stuff never happens again.
