@Vasqueztion: Or Azad could be in a human faction that sees dragons overall as a threat to the human race (not really a far-fetched idea, let's admit) and is trying to extinct them by getting them to kill each other off.
Whatever his motives, he's a treacherous scumbucket--but you gotta hand it to him, the guy has chops. And balls, to be hanging around with groups of dragons and betraying them systematically--I mean, even if they don't figure it out, what are the chances of a dragon just deciding that his advice backfired and so he should be fired with prejudice too.
