Not really. It's pretty rare and if i do, it doesn't last long but I've been trying to practice good posture so it's delaying the eventual back pain. But I do know people my age that do experience perpetual back pain. Can't say much for suddenly throwing your back like this though LOL

Can't Minato be referring to the literal smell of the pain relief patches? As in they're making Koharu smell like an old person?

to be fair i completely understand minato. as long as you have your own alone space that you can be fully allowed and permitted to retreat into whenever it gets too much, you can be much more romantic and friendly when outside of it. just having it 'exist' improves your mood and attentiveness significantly.

I understand her very well on this occassion too, but I believe this has to do more with her explaining her own personality and preferences rather than being relatable or getting too much into detail about it. Because don't get me wrong, we all get exhausted and need our retreat time..but in this case Minato mentioned being easily exhausted by something as simple as hanging out with her own friends. Not everyone relates on that, but what we can consider for sure is that Minato's social energy gets drained pretty easily and she does need her alone time to retreat it, which is very common for introverts. Not like it wasn't obvious, but this helps us learn more personal traits about her.

I have seen this phenomenon before where some introverts will have a few people who don't count as "people" in this sense--being around them doesn't drain their social battery under some circumstances. Also, Minato could potentially be used to Koharu enough that her existing in the same space doesnt make her brain think it's socializing, so it doesn't get tired when they're both just minding their own business.

This would be my understanding as well. Icy-Hot, Ben-Gay, Tiger Balm, Salonpas, and others all have that overpowering minty scent that really nothing else does, and it's very common to associate that with old people (the primary consumers).

I like the smell of eagle oil, only used it on my stomach but i have seen another manga where a person mentioned after they got a certain age their hands/nails smelled like green onions/negi or so lol

wouldn't say i'm completely scentless but other than going out on a hot summer day i haven't needed to use deodrant daily compared to when i was in school but even then i just switched to a quick spray now and then or so just in case
