This is a slight improvement from the last chapter but the image quality is still poor: the contrast has something wild going with it and there's a lot of jpg artifacting. I hope your source scans aren't that poor quality so the issues can be fixed more easily. I appreciate you for picking up and continuing with the series, looking forward to seeing more!

Just FYI, get GIMP. It's free, and you can do both editing and typesetting on it. You can also level the images (get the black & white balance right) and adjust image compression. It also supports layers, unlike paint. It's not a difficult program to use, and will probably speed up your process by a lot. There's plenty of tutorials online. Anyway, thanks for picking this one up. Keep up the good work.

thanks for the feedback, I've tried your recommendation and yep it had increased the resolution of the images a little bit

its just that i don't have a lot of free time in doing this that's why i haven't invested a lot on tools, the only time that i can work on this is on my days off which was yesterday and today,

i really apologize for the bad quality T_T
