Because manga - whether in raw form or translated - is published freely online without permission from the original publisher. Japanese people also has access to these unauthorized distributions especially with how prolific aggregate sites make themselves out to be. Why buy the magazine when you've already read all the latest chapters for free? You could see there being a conflict in interest.

@danknny There are always trolls making up bullish*t or remembering incorrectly so ignore these guys lmao. Stone translations completely stopped translating seven months ago. They were already slowing down a year ago. They worked on more than just this story too, so one author isn't the problem.
