Glad the love rival was only around for one chapter! I hate drawn out rivals.

Thanks for the new chapter, scanners!

Thanks for the upload!

I'd rather have a nurse like Sakura around, even if she's not perfect. Hospitals can be pretty uncomfy so someone to make your stay even a little better helps

State of mind can make a difference to recovery. And if you get to know the patients, they may feel able to tell you important details of their symptoms that a brisk, dispassionate approach would never learn about. Even at a technical level, I think the reductive approach fails.

I was so Mad at her comments/remarks:
"What good will keeping patients Happy do? "
"That they will either go home or die! "?
Has she never been hospitalized or something?
Haven't she ever heard : Laughter is the best Medicine?
And Dr Tendou still thinks She's a good nurse?
I Don't think someone who doesn't care about the comfort/happiness of sick and suffering person in Front of them can be a good human, much less a good nurse/doctor or any Medical industry employee

Edit: I apologize if that offended someone, just cuz im sick currently, my anger may have blown my Words out of proportion

What the frick? The fact that she cares about the happiness and comfort of the patient is what MAKES her a good nurse! Why would patients even go to a certain hospital is they felt the doctor's cared more about getting the job done rather than getting to know the patients? That's how patient's needs don't get met. Heck, part of diagnosing is understanding the patients on an empathetic level! I hate Medical Dramas where all the doctors dis the main character for 'being too empathetic'. It's horribly inaccurate! And no matter how I try to get past it, Dr. Tendou is petty and immature! Plus why is everyone always like "oh, you haven't had sex yet? You must not be dating!" Like let's just pressure a girl to have sex, shall we, and claim that her relationship is nonexistent without it. That's GREAT advice. Because naturally there couldn't POSSIBLY be anymore MORE to relationships than sex (like COUGH friendship, which by the way, she doesn't have that with Dr. Tendou either. He's reluctant to do everything). And while I'm ranting, I also hate Mangas where the main male character gets away with constantly being vague and stringing the woman along while she's TOTALLY FINE WITH IT BECAUSE "I'LL JUST ACCEPT HIM FOR WHO HE IS~ <3". I'LL TELL YOU WHAT, YOU'RE BOYFRIEND IS A LUKEWARM ASSMUPPET, THAT'S WHO HE IS. (Phew, had to get that out. Like I appreciate tension that drives the characters to develop, but I do not appreciate unrealistic, unnecessary drama for the sake of keeping the audience on their toes despite it not benefiting the characters at all. They keep having drama and n o t l e a r n i n g f r o m i t . )

There’s a lot of bureaucracy, yeah, but caring about patients is still vital to being a Good Nurse. You don’t get awards at our hospital for just having good stats. Everyone has good stats — that’s why they’re still employed.

You have to have a good rep with coworkers & you have to make a good impression on your patients/their families. Not going to happen if you constantly make the comfort of the patients your last priority. & no one likes someone who treats people in pain & in need of help like nuisances. If you can’t be kind, you shouldn’t be in healthcare.

Usjdkf ugh. The ideas in this chapter rlly annoyed me — I hate that her harmful ideas on patient care were brushed off so easily just so Tendou could give MC a backhanded “compliment” & do the bare minimum as her SO (again).

My gosh are you me? That's exactly what I was thinking as I read this manga. It is incredibly common in shoujo manga from this time period. I hate this trope so, so much. Like what kind of relationship even is this?
