Thanks for TS, great work and great chapter!
Cute, but more importantly calm and soothing - there's drama, sure, but it's not melodrama, it's all about people quietly figuring out how to be themselves and feel happy and fulfilled. The cute is kind of quiet-cute - it doesn't make you go squee!, it just leaves you with lots of warm fuzzies and a bit of a silly grin; even the romantic elements are calm and soothing, more about patience and slowly recognised feelings than about passion.Thank you for the update
It's such a an unbelievably cute manga
This!I super enjoyed reading the chapter, but also really enjoyed the lesson on the final page. Thank you TL!!
Right my one complaint is how easily I can see this being yuribait, I’m down for a subtle slow burn, but I’ll be pretty disappointed if it goes for a strictly platonic or “implied” ending.Cute, but more importantly calm and soothing - there's drama, sure, but it's not melodrama, it's all about people quietly figuring out how to be themselves and feel happy and fulfilled. If there's any complaint I'd make about this story it's the fact that the romantic elements are perhaps a little too understated - it leaves me with a subtle feeling that maybe I'm reading more into what's going on than is actually intended to be there. I don't think that's actually the case, though, since Takamine's friends have been rather less subtle about their reading of things . . . But it's still taking such a gentle approach that those niggles in my gut are hard to properly settle . . .
