I think the manga is in hiatus since July last year, since the web releases stopped then and there's only one volume of manga out.
This is an adaptation of an LN which seems to be complete, so...

Yeah, i mentioned that in the previous chapter comments, since the publisher mobile app have the hiatus notice with it saying that the artist tendonitis was getting worse or something along the lines, but even so there is no date for this to resume yet, with latest chapter being 6, which is the latest in the volume too

I feel like the premise of this manga is that relationships are a hassle, and the two characters agreed that they want a casual relationship. Kissing her would probably just make her ghost him..

There's another one I'm reading here that's name escapes me at the moment where two people who had bad breakups decide to just be sex friends. Their relationship is lighthearted and casual like this too, except that they fuck a LOT.

The girl is a waitress and has a relatively-new work kohai who's into her so but I don't think she realizes it yet. Both agreed that if either started seeing someone then their hookups would stop.
