I think that it's more that she is just thirsty for attention and is happy to finally get it.

Second chapter reveals that she was too shy to make any friends, so she was really happy fuk boi asked her out. Problem is that she is still really shy and didn't put out so fuk boi cheated on her with MC girlfriend. I'm guessing fuk boi was too pushy and lost patience waiting for Kotone to finally be in the mood.

Irony is that Kotone connects so much with the MC that he'll probably hit it faster than she's been dating fuk boi.

FMC, MC, and his Aunt (Napoli-tan, the girl on the last page) expose him to save the Ex, so his Mom moves him to Hokkaido where he is sent to a all boys school. If i remember correctly some kind of STD breaks out there and he gets it, so no sex for him anymore. His mom then marries MCs teacher and they start working on a child, pretty much confirming she gave up on her son and disowned him.

As for the Ex, she really regrets what she did, she tried multiple times to get back together with MC but he didn't budge (you'll see the worst part in a few ch). When she found out he and Kotone became a couple, she shaved her head completely to show ho sincere she is about her regret. Then when the blackmail starts (fuckboi has her sex video) she tries to kill herself but fails. Napoli-tan helps her trough the healing process, and i think her family moves away to get treatment for her or something like that at the end.

As for MC and FMCs 1st time, i don't think it happened, i'll have to go reread. But she and her Mom kept pushing MC a lot to do it

If MC and Kotone accidentally have a kid while her parents are also aiming for a 2nd kid it would be the same situation. One kid would be the aunt/uncle of the other and they would be the same age. MC doesn't like this about him and Napoli-tan, he doesn't want his kid to also go trough that. So his decision is to wait. Kotone doesn't mind either way... She is already dead set on marrying him.

Oh. That makes a lot of sense. But it would also mean waiting a looooooong ass time before doing anything. High school is 3 years before they become adults and university is another 4 years. Are they really going to wait until they are in their mid-20's so there is enough of an age gap? I dunno if I could wait that long.

Who knows this discussion happens in the last chapter. So it's left up to our imagination if they waited a bit longer, or went ham...
It's all up to him. Kotone is not an easy girl like i already wrote (fuckboi had no chance getting in her pants), and she loves him waaaaaaaay more, well at least she shows it more. So he has no worries that she would leave him or cheat like Kayo.

Judging by his character and how horny he can be next to Kotone, i doubt he waited to long lol
