You could do what I did when I bought it last year to practice scanlation skills and see if it was something I wanted to pursue. What I wound up doing was buying both volumes here for about $2.75 because it was my first ever purchase.
No region issues, and since they take PayPal guest checkout, you can use whatever international credit card you want.
Actually completed redraw w/sfx of both volumes, most of a painstakingly AI-translated and rewritten script, and typeset a couple chapters to my own satisfaction, but didn't feel I could do it justice without a real TL because I was worried I'd miss too many pop culture references. Sigh.

You can also get it from bookwalker. That's what I did. You need a separate app now for the japanese books as they separated their English app from japanese, but you can get both and yeah most volumes are quite cheap.
What's even worse is I found out from a commenter on a Recap of this series in a short on Youtube

So the AP was not dating Kayo (MC Childhood friend Girlfriend) and the two were just fuck buddies before MC dated her, it was at the point they were moving from friend to lovers, and they had an arguement before that lead to her stupid implusive choice to have her first time be with the Guy!
