I started reading with this chapter update and I've to say this series kept to it's core and has way more substance than your average age gap romance manga. The conflict Isshiki feels seem very appropriate and consistent. I can't really decide between breaking the girls heart or lying to her either.

I don't understand why he should lie to her he is sincerely afraid that she doesn't want to see him and all the obsessive thoughts about her it is quite obvious that he is having a hard time resisting
