@DreyDrey I think perhaps you misunderstood the last part. It's Mame who thought that, not Shou, and I think it's about that woman whose name I forgot being pregnant. For Shou the last two chapters were about him realizing that he's not bound to Haruka's wish that he not get with a woman any time soon and that he can make Mame happy without betraying Haruka.

What a messy romance... Read this in one sitting. I honestly don't know how to feel. I'm happy the main got together...
But I'm not really happy with the overall potrayal of this story...
The mangaka makes it that having affair and cheating is the most normal thing to do, and you get away with it. Even tho the affair partner is just some mob with no name, it still didn't sit right with me. Want to stop reading many times, but I continue cuz it's already completed. Welp.
