As you've read in the chapter, official digital is releasing faster than I estimated. Digital vol 2 of the manga is set to be released on the 15th this month (bookwalker).
I'll have to see when vol 3 is set to be released before I make my mind up, but I'm thinking of going back to monthly release if vol 3 releases just as fast. But that does mean that this project will go into hiatus while we wait for vol 5 to come out...

As for the physical official, the dates are December for vol 1, February for vol 2 and April( I think?) for vol 3.

Due to different timezones, ch17 was released on my birthday. So although it's already passed by the time I release this, This week is still my birthday week And I'm releasing a whole bunch of koishita content to celebrate( No, that's a lie, I was planning to release it anyway and It's just a happy coincidence)

Now, I have a condition and request for you guys. I sweated and pissed blood and tears to get vol 4 manga, 2 novel excerpts totaling roughly 12 pages and this one hour drama cd (worth 40 pages) done in 3 weeks, just incase ch17 got released on the 1st of September(which obviously, didn't come out then)
For my birthday wish, all that I ask is that YOU DO NOT REUPLOAD/RETRANSLATE/DISTRIBUTE THIS DRAMA CD ELSEWHERE.
I've been warned that the publisher takes unauthorized video uploads seriously and there's possibly an English speaking To-books staff scouring youtube for any of their IP reupload so I'd rather avoid bringing this to their attention and getting in their crosshair particularly as this manga is already licensed. My videos are all unlisted so I'm not even getting any views or watched hours counted so I'm not getting anything out of this video other than for my own enjoyment and yours FYI.

I wonder what will be the end game of this story. Elaine is the one who held back the entire disaster by herself. Lloyd will have to go back sometime. With this kind of setup, I guess the pay off would be Elaine returned and confronting people who had wronged her? But I feel that wasn't her character. And she had zero supports back in the country anyway.

That's some ultra hyperbole. The worst thing he's done is fall in love with her sister and ask her to sacrifice herself for said sister.

The real issue with him is that despite being a Duke(second in power only to the royal family) he seems to have done nothing to defend Wisteria's reputation and instead let others slander her as a witch, while he conveniently forgot her and moved on. This being the woman who, as far as he knew, had died for his and his wife's happiness.

Ever since I read the original web novel years ago I've waited for someone to confront him about it. IIRC

She had her sister and Labra, who believe she is dead. And there's Lloyd's father who deserves to have his actions exposed to his wife and son.

To add to this, as if that alone wasn't bad enough: the research she was doing that got her labeled as a witch was for the sake of finding a solution for his problems with magic. She endured all of this for his sake and he couldn't even be bothered to make a token effort to defend her, being way too busy feeling sorry for himself.

Her sister is the only one who actually seems to mourn her, though it looks like she's been kept in the dark about what actually happened to Wisteria. As for her parents they seem to be absent, possibly dead.

I agree there needs to be a reckoning if/when she returns.
