The fact that the goblin girl so easily adapted to civilized life just raises the question as to why all the other goblins are living like Savages and killing other races. This basically shows that them wiping out the Goblins was just unnecessary mass murder.

You can make one rat into a moderately well-behaved pet. But you have to hand-rear them into pets.

The more intelligent a being is, the less likely this is to actually happen.
Some peeps think they can do it to Chimps, until they find out a chimp is a chimp: the attitude and anger issues of a Chihuahua in a body that's two two three times as strong as a human, in any physical metric... And far, far more intelligent than the yappie dog...
I'd far prefer to "keep" any kind of panther, who do have us on the Menu, but at least are honest and predictable and relatively easy to please, than have to deal with one single chimp.
A pack of chimps living next to you who have figured out they can actually beat you into a pulp? Eradication is the only option.
Now replace chimp with goblin....

the fridge we all have one humble sits in our kitchens etc IT revolutionised how we live milk was a rural thing SALT was insanely expensive as it was used so heavily in preservation of well every thing salt vegetables all sorts then the fridge just got rid of all that need and all the hastle around it and he's like "nah no one will want this" i'm PLS i know he might of been a normal guy in our world but still...the fact we all have one should be enough evidence to him when he was alive in our world lol

In a world with preservation enchantments, a refrigerator just makes things cold. Sure it becomes another tool that can preserve things. Depending on how the enchantment work, the magic could work way better then something that just slows decomposition by lowering it's temperature.
They didn't abduct her.
She was an orphan, with no relative to take care of her. They just adopted her. In fact, took her to an orphanage.
They literally saved her life. That's not abduction.
Except, not everyone can use preservation magic. Otherwise they would have done so on the milk to begin with, with the fridge never being made.
It's likely something only powerful people could use. A fridge is something everyone can use.

This series is barely about the MC being a beast tamer. This is a problem I find with most stories of this genre. They start with the MC gettjng a few monsters and then push them to the background for the MC do other things and the monster catching aspect is nearly forgotten

Your letting your modern sensibilities pollute your opinions. This is a fantasy setting, they don't have easy access to electricity, so the only means to power that refrigerator would be enchantments or manually loading it with ice.
So your main options are between a box you have to keep loading ice into. An enchanted box that keeps it's contents cold. Or an enchanted box that keeps perishables fresh indefinitely. Each one would be expensive to procure and or maintain. That's why a protagonist with an item box is so special.
On a more realistic note, most commoners likely don't have anything like that. Most of their food will be processed for long term storage or seasonally fresh products. There would be long term storage for nuts, grains, root vegetables, cured meats, and dried herbs. But easily perishable items like fruits, leafy greens, and dairy products would be consumed locally, preserved in pottery, or processed into longer lasting forms like cheese.
