OK, I can't even read these pages of arguments, it's just so cringe how people are interpreting it. So, a guy having a policy of helping people in need, and taking things seriously when he decides to do so, and that makes him a "cuck"? And a girl was prone to glaring at the main character and being snobbish toward strangers who hit on her despite not even knowing her, so that makes her a b!tch who deserved to be beaten? I'm sorry but the only point you guys are making is how awful you are. Don't like being called edgy? Ok, how about immature? Idiotic? Prejudiced? Arrogant? Pathetic? I could go on. This story does fall a bit over time. Frankly, I think it should have ended shortly after the ex-boyfriend was dealt with. It worked well as a sympathetic story of a haughty person who suffered abuse and a humble person who wouldn't back down on his personal convictions even when they said to help someone he hates. But now that that crisis is mostly over, it's turning into just a standard romantic dramedy, and frankly it's mediocre at best in that field.
