Thanks for the chapter! The wife is moe. I hope she survives.
Also, I wonder if Natori is as strict with the rest of the neighbourhood being ideal families as with his nextdoor neigbhours? It would be hard to murder an entire neighbourhood of families just for crimes as small as missing their son's baseball game. I guess he only wants his nextdoor neighbours to be a perfect family and for the rest they only need to be a good enough set of neighbours
How does he get away with his nextdoor neighbours disappearing 4+ times in a row? wouldn't the police start monitoring that house to prevent another family going missing?
also, why are they acting like this is the first time they've seen the house or met the neighbourhood when they paid for the house to be constructed? Surely you'd go to the site and visit the area first before taking out a 30 year mortgage? I think if I got a note from a neighbour saying that my family would be killed just after I took on a mortgage I'd show everyone right then , since I'd assume it was a harrassment prank and if I kept it a secret then they might feel like they can get away with it again.
Didn't put this together until I read your comment but the neighbors seemingly fine with the disappearances AND him constantly putting up and tearing down houses?
For a second I thought, "Maybe he's just tricking them into paying for a house that already exists," "Maybe it's a different lot from last time," but no,
his house looks exactly the same as it did in chapter 1,
their house has a completely different structure from the first chapter.
It
does have the same floral design thingy as the first one though. Maybe he and the builder are in cahoots and the other neighbors get a cut of the construction costs
