@bushwhacker2k - I think it's similar to a boardgame that they play in Haganai. You roll dice, move a piece around a board according to dice, and follow the instructions on the place your piece arrived at. The games I've played myself were funny, but the games they have in Japanese comedies seem intent on giving the players mental damage.
At least it isn't like those horror games that manifest whatever is written into reality.
