I guess shes a tsundere, but man would it be difficult to deal with someone like that in real life and that goes for the both of them. I don't get why he simped over her for most of his school year, all due to one decent interaction when they were 5-7, when at least it appeared that the rest were borderline bullyish. The friends in the beginning are right find some other friends rather than focusing on one girl. Hopefully their is some regret shown by Kazaoka for the way she treated him in the past.
