P.S Why are so many mangakas have such severe health issues, BTW? I understand that being a mangaka is a natural choice when you have disabling health issues, since other career choices are closed for you, but still, the percent of mangakas and ranobe writers suffering from different diseases looks insanely high compared to other jobs.

It's the deadlines. The sedentary lifestyle most probably factors in as well (more so if you're constantly stuck behind a desk chasing deadlines).
