Something that has been subtly hinted at for 8 years ever since the manga got serialized is at the forefront. The name uzuki was there all the way back in chapter 3.
Looks like Natsu's and Chika's pasts,present and future are intertwined.
And we already knew momoya had an older brother from his character profile at the end of chapter 66
