Some people are butthurt that this polygon is involved with a male MC and that this manga is tagged with girl's love.

But to be fair, it shouldn't be tagged with girl's love because the official publisher website never tagged this manga or its light novel with Yuri. So you could blame the Mangadex staff for that one.
