I mean, the standard metallic dragons were Always Good, but I didn't want to get too deep into the weeds.

But by the rules, a baby red dragon would be guaranteed to grow up Evil in a way that orcs weren't.

She's short and is drawn with a childish face, but she's been very developed in the chest from even early chapters. I don't know if age was ever given. I'd assume she's vaguely teen.
