It's also the onomatopoeia used for kissing/smooching. The Fishman at Pawprint Isle in Windwaker even brings this up in his talk about Chuchus.'Chuchu' is the name for slimes in the Zelda franchise. Considering this manga revolves around games, it's a possible explanation for the shop name, if not a probable one
In this case the bird chirp onomatopoeia would make more sense as a pun especially given the fact that the name includes the kanji 宙 which can mean air, space, sky, etc. We aren't even sure it's a pun, but it would make more sense than a Zelda reference imo (and I love a good Zelda reference).
