Obviously I don't know what the author planned out, but my idea for an end is Miu screwing up again no matter what they try. The twist could be, Kazuma and her starting to feel comfortable around each other over time. Right now, they are not on bad terms and Miu became his little sister, meaning they will live together for a year. Plenty time to get closer.
Benzaiten surely watches from afar. She would notice what's going on between Miu and Kazuma even before they do. In the end a goddess has to keep up appearance, so Benzaiten will banish Miu but then tell her to live a human lifespan learning more about romance before coming back... and to "use that time to make him happy".

This is gonna end with a harem.
Rabbit girl might have misunderstood the red string, iirc shit like that if the person who has multiple red strings attached to them and only selects 1, the others would live a miserable life alone never being completely happy. The red string cannot be reattached its the reason why only 1 exist per person and the rabbit girl might have messed up big time. In the future timeline the girl MC likes probably didn't even want to marry anyone, actors always had shit like marriage and relationship shit appear in the news all the time to make them more famous, since MC was 27 at that time the actress was still in her prime time for being an actress and marrying someone limits the amount of roles she can take, since believe it or not some audience prefer the lead female actress to be single so they can self insert.

All 5 of the girls in the future more or less probably live a single life, the childhood friend who ended up being a stalker could have fixed MC's life if she just confessed and told him he was a she, but something in the family of the girl might have prevented that from happening so she ended up stalking him instead never leaving him but never approached him either because she lost her chance to be with him.

Also did the translation dgroup drop this cant seem to find any english translation after chapter 9 anywhere.

In chapter 7 page 3 it says, "she's never stopped thinking about him." Not she's still wholeheartedly in love with him. She only went after him after Miu used jealousy enhanced charm.

It's probably just an obsession in the previous timeline and not fully love, as he literally has no romantic relationship with any of the girls in his previous timeline (yet at least).

I feel like most yandere don't exactly wish to be with their crush. They put the crush on a pedestal and is content with stalking them.
Also, they probably don't want their obsession to be known.

In the previous timeline, MC was alone. Based on previous chapter, she also might have done something to make sure no woman approached him.
That's why she was content with just stalking him.

This time, he got close to 2 girls. Plus, Miu amplified her jealousy. So, she broke and her obsession multiplied, making her aggressive.
