unwritten rule of gacha: odds of pulling an SSR is proportional to how disinterested that person is to said game
This asf, dearest friend of mine got me into Genshin a while ago so she'd have someone to play with and I got Noelle first roll. As far as I know she still has yet to get Noelle (which honestly I think is rarer than getting her XD)

Trading favorite gacha pulls? ...isn't that kinda lewd?:smug:

Narita already getting a bit jealous Sasa has other close friends, as if they're relationship isn't one of a kind

Dont you literally get Noelle in the starter banner? Did she sacrifice her to the gacha gods accidentally so she's no longer in her account or something?

I swear, for the inevitable confession she's going to come up with some kinda big plan, only to accidentally out herself before she can even get it started.

Since he can read her pretty well, I wonder if he'll ever catch on? It would be really refreshing- and really funny- if he clued in pretty early on, but played oblivious to let her sort out her feelings and how (or if) to act on them.

Narita is slowly becoming a stand-in for the author's Heisei-era memories, as well as my own. A sneaky panel here and there. It's oddly comforting, seeing him reminisce the same way I often do nowadays.

It must feel strange to be friends with someone famous enough to single handedly start trends.
Real "oh right, she's famous" moment.
He doesn't see much of her business side, so she doesn't FEEL like a celebrity. Then someone goes "oh, Sasa posted her collection on insta and now everyone wants 'em" and he remembers.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to the translator for the exceptional quality of this English localization.

It is truly rare to read a manga translation where advanced vocabulary and native idioms are integrated so naturally without interrupting the narrative flow. A few standout details that highlight the translator's skill:

Precise Vocabulary: The use of "peruse" in "Come, peruse my collection" captures a wonderfully distinct personality and tone.

Natural Idioms: Translating Japanese conversational filler into idiomatic English like "part and parcel" ("Getting duplicates is just part and parcel, huh?") feels completely authentic.

Flawless Tone & Slang: The character's exaggerated pitch ("I'm not talking a straight swap here, how about a 3 for 1? Whaddya say?") perfectly captures her playful, bargaining energy.

Seamless SFX & On-Screen Text: Even the embedded text-such as "Unintentional Otter Pose" and "Rampant Multiplication"-is translated with brilliant comedic precision.

Thank you for taking such utmost care with the nuances of the language. This is top-tier translation work! :wooow:

If he has that much money to throw at gacha he's probably doing very well.
People who dump huge amounts of money into gacha aren't necessarily always rich sometimes they throw everything they have into these games and just live off the absolute bare minimum, its an addiction.

Honestly i completely agree with you, inked scans has consistantly posted high quality chapters not just for this series, but for all of their series imo. Kesa mo Yuraretemasu, Kimi Wa Shuumatsu and this have been one of the many that i've been reading. Honestly i started picking up series just because they were translating them.
