When this happens you know the group has some kind of monetization scheme, like buying tokens on their website to unlock new chapters, and those tokens are bought in south-east Asia where this kind of stuff needs to be censored.
I'm not making this up as a tinfoil hat theory, actual groups doing this have openly confirmed this is the case.

Nya_Scans doesn't seem to have a shop in their website (yet), but I've seen this same pattern already and I'd keep an eye open for any group ban and chapter deletion.

We have no monetization plans and we will not add any shop in our site.
We're a 3-members team that translate series for fun.

If we ever had any money issue that made it impossible to buy raws by ourselves, we will add a little notice in some chapters to ask readers to support us through kofi or patreon if they want to, no more.

I and some other people have been burnt out by groups with shady practices for too long and when all these groups follow certain patterns you start to be wary when you notice them.
