My first thoughts actually were towards 5 minutes. But then I thought to factor in some "travel time" to cover a nondescript distance from the store to the bar. Like, how would her cover be blown by Shu & her brother before she's even near to them? (Leaving out the existence of a fictional Masaki-dar or such)

About 3 minutes before she gets reported to the police as a suspicious person by onlookers. Shu and her brother will have to pick her up at the police station after bonding over discussing her and drinks.

The brother is going to get sloppy drunk and turn into a bawling siscon who gushes about Masaki's good traits. Then Shu is going to talk about how he knows all that too and promises to make her happy and that'll be all it takes for the brother to turn into his ally. Meanwhile Masaki worries about what's happening but shows up at just the right time to see her brother accepting Shu.

Feels like that's the most likely way this plays out.
