I'm pretty sure that it's one of the few manga on the site to go from highly rated to super lowly rated that fast, like it got about 50-100 1* reviews after the twist chapter

Like for example suddenly turning a cute romance between childhood friends into a weird ass drama with ntr shit. And then revealing that the MC already lost his V card to some girl that we've seen like once or twice. And that same girl is also the best friend of the FMC. And all of it had like no buildup. But this is only hypothetical, that kind of plot done has never been done before right?
