Should probably re-read so that I don't accidentally spread misinformation, but it could be one of three things:
1) Chapter 1 mentions a lovers suicide. Kirara was likely hoping that someone dying with her would break her immortality.
2) Maybe hoping Aiko would snap at some point and kill her in obsession fueled rage
3) Simply found her amusing and decided to keep her around. After all, Aiko's the only fangirl who actually gets up close and personal with Kirara

So… the drama lasted all of three chapters thank the gods! I know Kohaku hasn’t got a lot of experience with relationships, but by the gods her solipsism whenever anybody else has a problem or stress is getting annoying. Sometimes a person’s feelings have literally nothing to do with you! And that doesn’t mean that you are more or less of a friend!

And this is a really interesting depiction of a vampire: one that craves death (a very common trope), but also has been alive so long that they can’t actually remember why they felt that way in the first place! And poor Ema developing DID to accomodate the person she loves so much! 😭
