Save for the last few chapters which were clearly fast-paced to get to this ending, this manga was fun. I wouldn't mind learning more about these characters, honestly. Hopefully the mangaka's next work lasts longer.

Thankfully, the axe ending was decent: nothing feels wrong, and we get some sense of closure. It's abrupt, but all axe endings are abrupt.

Nothing amazing but it was fine and you can enjoy your time with it. It could have used a little more time. Did not hate the pivot towards Kohaku x Aiko but could have done something more blatant with then then 2 chapters of implying something could happen.

Alright ive read it all now, this feels to me more as an.. highly compressed arc rolled into one? I dont know if its left intentionally as open for a chance to get continued again in the future but, it felt like the manga just started for me instead of an end
